what has helped you most with dark circles? products, treatments? etc. and also what do you do for to keep volume in your hair? my hair always ends up falling flat
Great question. I go back and forth about whether my dark circles look chic and rock n roll or horrible. Depends on what side of the bed I woke up on Pinning for the next post!
I bought no heat curlers and they’re super fab. I have no idea how to use them and not look awful. It’s like I want to be Shirley temple ringlets but really I want them stick out horizontally and then if I brush them out things get REALLY BAD. I have much shorter hair now so I don’t need to coax my canopy to curl like the rest.
they're so smart with the little fishnet holder for each curl tucked inside...but i just don't understand how to make my hair look nice. this makes me want to try but i also dread the puffy triangle head of after i separate the curls [if those curls are even going in a downwards direction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Okay, I was deeply skeptical of heatless curls (read: traumatized by foam rollers in the '90s) but you fully converted me with “just need your full heart and pure intentions.” Sock curls are now officially on the bedtime agenda. Also appreciate the clarity on why some methods work better than others based on curl type/aesthetic—so helpful! And yes to French twists giving “I didn’t do anything” chic... while actually doing just enough.
If I give in and get the Soft Services hand cream, do I have to constantly put sunscreen on my hands during the day? I'm not sure I'm responsible enough...
Pinned! <3 I honestly didn't do much because my wedding was family only, but there are certain things I always recommend to people who are having big weddings. I shall reveal.
What products do you use to prep your hair for heatless curls and do the hold through the day?
Favorite vitamin c serum? Wanting to even skin tone all over and assuming this is the first place to start?

I totally get that, I'm lazier than you might think too. Pinned for next time!
What was (for you) the most worthwhile beauty product / procedure in your wedding prep?
